I decided not to collect signature variants anymore, so some of my banknotes are now for swap. For European members only.

You commented that I wish to swap only in Europe, not on postage. If you are not interested in something of mine I don't see the point of your post. I just saw another post of yours for an American member saying almost the same thing you wrote here. People are free to swap anywhere they want and I don't take unneeded advice from members with zero swaps.
