How mush are these worth?

Hello there!

I'm interested in buying some Israeli banknotes  and I found a guy who sells these 2 banknotes for about 40EUR both:

N#208926

 

Both of ‘em are in pretty good condition, although circuated, and I'm pretty sure I can negotiate the price to 30EUR for the set!

 

What do you guys (and gals) think?

200.00 Israeli New Shekels = 50.089097 Euros, so as long as they're still valid currency, it sounds like a deal.
