Number 2.
Simple and beautiful. Plus Fijian coins are rarer.

Fiji! and the side with the boat,
and for the losing coin, the side with the monarch.
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!
Looking for pre 1783 coins

Simple and beautiful. Plus Fijian coins are rarer. And for the sides? The side with George is better on the Aussie coin, and as for the Fijian coin, I think the yacht is better, although I like both sides.

I vote for #2 for rarity. Non-monarch sides are better on both coins.
