Belgian or France token 1914-15 ? [solved]

Hi again,

 

I have a token in my collection, presumably from Belgium or France.

 

   

 

The token has a diameter of 33 mm, 2.3 mm thick and weighs 13.9 grams.

I can't find it in the Numista catalog or on the internet.

Can someone give me more information about this token?

Can/should I add it to the Numista catalog?

I would suggest that it is a commemorative medal, institution or society.
