Add to my collection does not show anything

(Sorry if I have 2 messages in both the banknotes and coins forum with the same topic for I'm a newbie here and I'm unable to delete my sent messages) Hi… I want to ask y'all if there is a reason as to why doesn't the Add to my collection feature show anything despite that I've clicked on the button several times. Also doesn't show anything even with my collections set. Thanks in advance!
