Coin swap in the philippines

Is there anyone who swap european coins to other  eeuropean coins in the philippines?   

I'm not planning to go there but I can send a package there

Thats great to hear, thanks.   BBut to be honest, its too expensive for me to send packages internationally , i am in the philippines what has the highest rate of postage to here,  iif i cant afford postage for something like a weeks cost of living i would not accept a parcel from europe as i cant send coins to you.
