Currently, forgeries of a Maple Leaf coin are being auctioned on eBay.
The coin is counterfeit, and the PCGS certificate is also forged.

The same thing is going on for certified banknotes.  Recently US Obsolete banks in older PCGS holders have been noted on this PMF post.   Beware of Modified Bank of Canada notes being mislabelled as ‘Devil’s Face' such as this note listed on eBay.

The most important distinguishing feature on the coin is the "21" for the year 2021 inside the small maple leaf – there is no "21" stamped within the small maple leaf. Furthermore, I had my acquired coin verified at the precious metals dealer. It is definitely not a one-ounce gold coin. Regarding the PCGS slab, there is no NFC logo on the back, and the text on the front of the PCGS slab is consistently bold printed.
And he is selling the coin again, with the certificate number that I have already purchased. This number exists only once.

I see. I didn't realize from your original post that you had purchased one with the same cert number.
