are similar except for year and signature. 

Is there a reason for the 2 separate pages. Should they be merged?

You should modify your first post and check ‘requesting the modification of a banknote in the catalogue’ maybe also modify the title to Merge/combine … then you can make a change request to move relevant data and an admin can move the relevant year lines.
