'82 and '83 length difference?

It seems that while the 1982 and pre 1982 versions are correctly sized, the 1983 one is measured (in my personal measurements) 14.7 cm?

Also the measurements for this banknote is 152 x 85, but I would like to think its 151 despite Krause descriptions being supportive of the original Numista forum case.

An error margin of 1 to 2 percent is not unusual in the trim sizes of banknotes.
