Elongated coin reference book Encyclopedia of the Modern Elongated [solved]

This is the reference book for elongated coins rolled between 1960 - 1978. It has a numbering system for each engraver/roller. For example, Dottie Dow's coins were numbered DOW-1...DOW-326 and Chester Rogers' were numbered ROG-1...etc. 

Most collectors refer to this book as Rosato's book or Rosato's Encyclopedia so I suggest the Numista code be Rosato .
