Add more ruling authorities to French Guiana [solved]

With the addition of a banknotesection to Numista, we need new rulers added for French Guiana, to fit the banknotes.

Could we add something along the lines of:

First Republic (1792-1804)

Third Republic (1870-1940)
French State (1940-1944)
Provisional Government of the French Republic (1944-1946)
French Oveseas Territory (1946-date)
