I found a Bundert 100 Mark bank note. How do I know it is real and what would it’s value be.

Looks alright to me based on the pictures, how are the watermarks? In this condition (it's a bit crumpled and has a hole in it) 1-2 bucks, where I live I can get a dozen for 3 euros in similar condition.
