Bank deutscher Länder [solved]

Hi, 

I've started a more general thread about how to think of the issues of the Bank deutscher Länder in general here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic137852.html

However, one thing that seems logical in any case is that it should be listed as issuing bank, similar to the Bundesbank ( https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?ct=banknote&ib=984 ) to which it is the predecessor. At the moment it seems only to exist as issuing entity, which may not be correct then: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?ct=banknote&ie=Bank+Deutscher+L%C3%A4nder 

I would like to piggyback and also add a couple other missing institutions at the same time. Arrows are name changes or direct juristic successors.

Königlich-Preußische Hauptbank (Berlin:  1 January 1847 - 1 January 1876) from 71-76 Central Bank of the Empire
