What is it with swappers from the USA, does anyone else have this problem from the U.S.? These are two different swaps from two different people, both came empty.

Ahoj-This is a sad fellow collector - double - military veteran.
I see the problem that the coins were probably poorly packaged - they are supposed to be in hard cardboard and can be inserted into a letter - so that postmen and airport staff cannot feel the shape of the coin by touch- the largest and cheapest workforce in the world handles the envelopes at the airport check-in post offices( here, the post office now employs part-timers from other countries - they hire them in two months, they fire them - they fire them) and at night they search and snoop around- sometimes even the postman forgets his honor as a delivery person - another time-it wasn't such a mess as it is now at all post offices in all states, things are getting worse and collapsing.
Don't be sad, my friend - I'll look for you in the spring and we'll make a nice deal together, I'll only want one cent- and maybe I'll send the big bags of US cents that I buy to your address - I'll pay and I'll also pay you to send them to me. we will agree.
So warn the sender to wrap it next time so that he won't be able to recognize what's inside.
I tried to swap with one friendly collector from Bangladesh a couple of months ago, and his letter was robbed and returned to him without coins. There are all kinds of thieves and beggars around so pack your coins best that you can.
