Add 2003 for N# 38183 [solved]

The Royal Canadian Mint produced silver proof $2 coins bearing the date 2003, with the diadem bust portrait. It is not listed on this page.

I am certain it is silver. It weighs in at 8.86g

The proof-like 2003 you're referring to weighs in at the standard weight of 7.3g.

In fact, the issue is that the 2003 Silver Proof is incorrectly listed on N#42334 

A silver proof was not issued with the new portrait in 2003. We just need to move the 2003 date line to N#38183 

I've also added a screenshot from the 2023 Charlton Standard Catalogue of Canadian Coins, listing the 2003 Silver Proof, minted at 62,007 noting that it is the “old effigy” which refers to N#38183
