Need help

Hello, I need some assistance identifying this object. Someone thought it was a jetton but appears to be too large and thick. Both sides are the same design. It is made of cast pewter or lead.  Quarter is for scale. Thanks for any help.

Here is mine also…. makes sense that this is Not coinage possibly a weight for antique clock. 

Actually, doing some more digging…Possibly this may be a coin weight from like Byzantine era? many look the same from web search, but Not this exact one.
