1858 HAC 3 pence token [solved]

An interesting token in good shape. I found a 1 ½ pence (similar) example on eBay.

Does anyone know the story here? HAC or AHC?

The medalist W.J. Taylor in London is well known, but is this a 3 pence model or something else?

Turns out it belongs to the Honourable Artillery Company canteen. https://www.noble.com.au/auctions/lot/?id=443380&fbclid=IwAR1w_mFHRxN49GrlDBNRNlA3Y-VI1nXmVC8qHp2Ap5hmsDznez8v3MqAflQ
