Could we add some form of coupan currency to Belarus?

There are a lot of coupon sheets, without a currency attached.

It should be from 1991 to 1992 (or 1994)

Are these even banknotes? Or some sort of government issued voucher?

Yes they look like vouchers, not banknotes

So moved to the exonumia section?

Poke @ngdawa and @dzmitry.huletski  :-)

I have just submitted change requests for all these entries, including;

- adding missing items

- adding series

- adding currency

- splitting lines for issues with and issues without stamps

- aligning comments for each line, so all entries follow a uniform description

These are all listed in Krause catalogs as ‘coupons’. Several ex-USSR countries issued so called coupons for a number of months following the collapse of the USSR. Some issues look more like banknotes than others (Belarus vs. Georgia for example).

I think these issues are more ‘notgeld’ than ‘coupons’. I am not bothered if the Belarus entries are moved to Exonumia or not, as long as a similar approach is followed for the other countries.
