Replic or genuine. Is it worth to get it certified

Hi all,

I bought Chinese old coins from a private seller who bought them from a collector

they are not metal. Not magnetic

the weight looks as it is real silver

China. Guang Xu / Kuang Hsu (26,6 gramm, 3,8cm diameter)

China. Guang Xu / Kuang Hsu (1875-1908). 1 Yuan 1898 (26,6 gram, 3,8 cm diameter

China. Guang Xu / Kuang Hsu (1875-1908). 1 Tael (36 Gramm, 4,3 cm  diameter)

shall I get it certified? Which means costa for me

Without having them in my hand to give a more accurate answer, my guess is that these are fake just by looking at the photos.

How much did you pay for them? A seller saying they bought them from a collector could either be lying to make the coins seem more authentic, or the collector also didn't know they were fake.

Thanks FlyingRedPanda,

there are points where I suspect that they could be genuine.
size and weight + not magnetic

I think I will try with analysis via an institution. No risk no fun 😊
