Please change the flag for Weihaiwei - which had a Blue Ensign.

 

The current Chinese flag wasn't even in use until after the Communists came to power in October 1949.

Hello,

I added the flag, introduction, issuing entities, currency and denominations for Weihaiwei.
The flag is already visible on the banknote pages. It will be reflected in the list of issuers in a few days.
