Is there any proof of the existance of a 1719 Dump Issue Halfpenny?

The page “N#13081” notes that a few examples of the 1719 halfpenny do exist, but are extremely rare.

looking into this i cant seem to find any information, were any ever struck at all?

Chonkous.

The information on the Numista coin page comes from the latest edition of the Spink Standard Cataloguer of British Coins:

‘1719 is an extremely rare date, perhaps only 2 or 3 are known to exist of each type.’

You could try emailing the Royal Mint Museum to see if they have anything further.

Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.
