Updating Coin Pictures

I am going through a process of updating lots of pictures of coins on Numista. I obtained a new phone (Samsung S21 Ultra) and in combination with a really good diffused light source I can now take some really good photos. I am concentrating on Australian coins at the moment but will eventually do as many as I can from any country in my collection.

This is an example of a coin I have updated from a pic I took quite some time ago. These were taken with a camera and it was always difficult to get a good image especially if the light source was not good.

I am really pleased with how good they are turning out now. I also don't bother with watermarking them anymore. If Ucoin or Colnect steal them so be it. I know they are mine no matter where they show up. They can keep the old crappy ones they stole from me on here.

Great improvement, the indirect lighting is doing wonders. Just one thing the focus seems to be a little off when I compare both variants.
The new pictures are huge but a bit blurry.

Way to go. The available technic is advancing faster than our mind sets!!!!
