A new coin was announced for Yemen (I saw it in World Coin News blog) and it was added to Numista.
But more recent reporting says the coin was produced by a Houthi group, not by the government.
Where should this item be in Numista? It doesn't seem to belong under the Republic of Yemen where it currently sits. Should a new Houthi subentry of Yemen be created or should it go to Exonumia?
For now I'm going to add context to the Comments section of the page.
