Knowledge on authenticating Rs 100 India notes (Pick 41a)

Hi all,

I am actively trying to collect a few (at least 6-8) notes of type IND41a or b.

The issue I have though is that I am unable to authenticate any of these notes and it's a bit of a helpless feeling not having that knowledge, thereby forcing me to trust the regular dealer out there.

Any knowledge specific to this note would be most appreciated, it even a nudge in the right direction would be great.

If I keep quiet & walk away, it simply means..your stupidity isn't worth any more of my time.
