Hello again,
I found another signature that's present on banknotes from the city of Danzig, but from a differeng issuer this time. His name was Konrad Meissner and he was the president of the Bank of Danzig between 1924 and 1933. (It looks like his signature is written as ‘Meißner’ though). The issuing entity is linked here: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/issuing_entity.php?id=836 and the country is here: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=dantzig&r=&ct=banknote&im1=&im2=&tbb=y&tbc=y&tbl=y&tbt=y&cat=y&ru=&ca=931&no=&v=&i=&b=&ie=&u=&a=&dg=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&mt=&g=&se=&d=&c=&wi=&sw= . He does not have a Wikidata code, as no wikipedia page exists about his person.
