I got this banknote today, with the date of 9-10-17.

It seems to have all the correct features, but can't find it here nor on Banknote Museum.

A missing year line on old Belgian notes happens frequently here on Numista. I have had to make quite some edits to add my collection.

 

The Laurens Aernout catalogue lists the following date ranges:

01-03-1915 - 30-01-1916: violet colour

01-03-1916 - 29-10-1918: purple colour

 

So your note is from the second range.
