I have found the following issuere within the Russian civil war catalog. I'm far from an expert on this, just hopeing to help sort it out a bit.

Banknote Museum does it a bit different, they sepperate by region… Both are an option in my opinion. Or a combination, with first region and then the issuere?

There are also a lot of other local and military issued notes between and some rail road notes as well.

Some of the names “regions” should maybe be “Oblast” instead?

I like the idea of reorganising it. I do think that we should do the best we can to keep it contained under oblasts and SSRs, similar to how German and Austrian Notgeld is listed under the states. Then we should get into the layers of locations. Perhaps umbrella organising it like this link and its corresponding section.

I too like the idea, but we need to elaborate on the names a bit.

I am seeing entries like:

Vladivostok

Black sea

Siberia

What actually are these in terms of banknote issuing entities? Republics? Cities? Regions?

I am just the requesting this “little" ordering. I'm not in any way qualified for heling with understanding this. Maybe if there are some knowledgeable in Russian/early Soviet history? 🤔

I can do my best to compile a list and organise it in tiers after my finals, but it definitely should be reviewed by another person knowledgeable on this.

I cannot do this now, life became busy. If no one does it by early August, I might be able to get it started.
