Help identification silver color coin

Found that coin from a coin distributor in my bank . 

Is it just a recolor of a 1cent Euro or some special edition?

Julgo eu pelo aspecto a moeda “levou um banho químico” que alterou a cor. 

Looks like a coin plated with silver or plated/coated in zinc that you can make into brass later (often done as a school experiment).
After a heat treatment it will look like the left coin on the picture.

Heat alone will change color on copper plated coins.
