2017-2021 Brunei Coins - Circulating or Non-Circulating?

Brunei introduced new 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50 sen coins in 2017 (only the 50 sen was actually a commemorative), with a non-commemorative 50 sen introduced in 2019. My question is, did any of these circulate? We have dates up to 2021 for the four lower denominations but with mintages only shown for 2017 (and these are tiny). The commemorative 50 sen is listed as having had half a million “distributed to school children”, the non-commemorative 50 sen has two year lines without mintages.

Now that the Central Bank has taken over coin issuing in Brunei, it would be good to determine whether these last Monetary Authority types class as circulating or not. A web search has thrown up suggestions that most of these coins were only issued in sets but it would nice to be sure.
