Does this coin seems legit or otherwise?

Diameter 34.7mm
Thickness 1.8mm (measure on flat areas) or 2.0mm (measure on words)

(quite difficult to handle the vernier caliper at the coin 3rd face 😆)

Weighs right, diameter ok, but I am not so sure about it's authenticity due to the smaller script. As you may already know, because of it's rather simple design, they are easy to counterfeit. Compare yours (in better light) to an NGC certified coin.  I would say no, it is not authentic. Lets see what others think.
