Japanese puppet state in china missing banknote [solved]

Dear collectioners,

During my studies in Japan, I've came accross this banknote which is not referenced in the web site.

This banknote has been issued in china by the Federal Reserve Bank of China according to this web site : http://www.banknote.ws/COLLECTION/countries/ASI/CIN/CIN-PUP/CINJ0051.htm

I was wondering, is it missing in the catalogue, or is it referenced in the wrong category ? 

I tried to upload some pictures but the website issue me an error.
