Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

The one in my profile!

2013 Britannia if we count bullion “coins”. I adore that classic Greek pose. Simple elegance. I have both the 1oz & 5oz (the latter being the largest issued, and also my largest & heaviest coin).

1994 D-Day 50p otherwise. Love it so much it was my first silver proof. Cost me nearly 3 months pocket money when I was a bairn, but still love it. I love the mix of different planes, the landing craft, the rising sun's rays. Splendid design & obviously hugely important for history.

Definitely the 20 Sen from Japan big enough it isn't tiny but small enough it's not unwieldy.

Its actually really hard for me, so many beautiful coins in my collection. I love them all really.

But if push comes to shove.

These babies, probably the biggest one (The £5 coin), not just because they are blingy gold - but because they are beautiful pseudo medievla designs and just look lavish - more works of fine art than coins.

For something a bit more realistic and down to earth - this

Neat and well struck and truly historic coinage.

I think anyone who knows me, knows if its not old or weird, I am not interested.

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.
