There is a link to coin on top of topic. He is questioning coin in catalog. Still has to explain why he thinks that coin is out of place.
You are looking at catalog sorted by face value. That coin does not have currency set, hence goes under unspecified currency.

Other coins in that category are Chinese and issued by later emperors. This one is Arabic. I guess it just needs new category. I am not versed in region history, but I would suspect that dude issued coins in names that locals understood and tried to assert his authority as their next kaliph before later emperors switched to Chinese.
