Mammoth one is collector coin released by Bank of Russia (N#51989). Do you really think that government would allow private entities release gold or silver bullion even if it is Russia in 1992. They bankrupted in 2012 and recovered in 2022. They are selling jewelry, not coins.
Top text - Золото Якутии. English - Gold of Yakutia
Bottom text - акционерный золотодобываючий концерн - joint stock gold mining concern
There is no nominal value or fineness information on that piece. It is a token. Not a coin.
Glad you are so friendly 🤣😬

1992 was a very strange time:)
Such tokens were produced from .750 gold and weighed about 17 grams. Due to problems with cash at Yakut gold mining enterprises, workers received their salaries in such tokens, which they then cashed in from local dealers much cheaper than the price of the metal. They were produced at the Kuranakh jewelry factory "Aldanzoloto". There is no more detailed information on circulations, number of types, etc., only fragmentary information. In addition to bears there were other animals on these tokens - lynxes, walruses and narwhals.
