Who knows this paper money collector？

This note was in the collection of J.P. machulec. Does anyone know anything about him? Thank you very much！

It appears that PMG will allow you to use your own name, for a fee.

Given I can't easily find any information on this person, it appears that they aren't significant enough to be a notable note collector.

It's also worth noting that if it was from a truly exceptional collection, they would not use the word collection afterwards. As this note does use that phrasing, it again suggests a relative “nobody” in the general collecting field.

So, probably just some vanity for some otherwise unknown collector. Have to admit, having that knowledge does temp my vanity too - if I cared enough about having graded things. 😛
