Is this Banknote from Republic of China P-212 a copy?

I brought this note from a dealer here in US. It has this typed in both sides. “This note is not legal tender of all debts, public and private”. I did not see this in the Numista Page for this banknote. N#214384.

Is this a copy or a fake note? See attached pictures.

Thanks,

Looks like a copy to me - a print out from a colour laser printer perhaps.

Generally, a print out will be slightly blurred in the details.

Fake I think.   Instead of THOMAS DE LA RUE & COMPANY, LIMITED, LONDON at the bottom on the reverse if has DELOUD (???)  BANK.

On top I think it has  - Diamond Bank (??)

I think that's it.

A fake note - very different from the genuine one
