Is this coin just well used or is it minted on the wrong mint?

Its a 2013 R1 coin

Radius:- 19.86

Weight:- 3.6g

Thick:- 1.46mm

A real 2013 R1 coin

Radius:- 20

Weight: 4g

Thick:- 1.75

Please note very smooth and roud ende with no copper sticking out like on rest of coin

I think it's just a well worn normal coin.
