Based on site information they switched to card based member authentication. Probably around 2022-2023 based on token issue date.

 

Price is probably close to 5 grams of brass unless you happen to find Kiwi collecting such things.

 

Or you could fly there and try to get reimbursement for services not provided to this token holder.

Not yet in NZ token catalogue. Modern issue so low price to purchase if you can find someone with one to sell.
