Does the “30,000” refer to the mintage please,as this isn't published in the 2022 Coin Yearbook? Thank you.

Good question. When collector coins are approved by a government for a mint to produce, they will often set a limit of “up to” a certain mintage of the product. Ultimately, it sometimes comes down to the demand for that issue and they don't always actually mint as many as intended or they mint the entire  total and then melt the ones not sold for a new product.  Sometimes erroneous information is entered as a result.  Numista  shows that 30,000 of this type were produced.  Ucoin,  NGC, and WorthPoint  report a total of "up to" 50,000 were produced. We need to find more information to corroborate both claims as sometimes one catalog simply copies the numbers reported from other catalogs. At this point, I lean at  50,000 produced but there is no way to know for certain until the final numbers actually produced and released are announced by the respective mint. That can take years.

One of the down sides of not having some kind of source feature, nobody knows were certain information stems from.

One of the down sides of not having some kind of source feature, nobody knows were certain information stems from.

It comes down to official numbers released by the respective mints and with the myriad “products” being introduced by governments for revenue, even they are not always certain what was actually produced , released and sold for a given product for a given year. How can anybody be sure if the mints are not sure?
