Was this coin issued in 1982, or 1984? On the reverse, there's INCM 82, which I believe should be the year it was issued.
In UCoin, the year is also stated as 1982.

There is also a small ‘incm82’ in the coin text, but it would still be a year to late for the actual 1981 event. Why haven't they made it a bit earlier? 😅
