Do you think the coin has value?
What material is it made of, gold or silver, gilded?

It could be solid gold or gold plated. Can't tell just by a picture.  It's worth at least melt value. Here's another imitation by the Herslag Co.

Actually I just figured out that “herslag” is Dutch for “restrike”  and not a company name.

What does this word mean?

To repeat?

I thought it was a Museum commemorative coin or a replica, but it is very beautiful and sophisticated

In this context I assume it means copy or imitation (fake), not necessarily an official restrike by the government.  Adding Herslag on the coin keeps it from being an illegal counterfeit.
