Italy 20 lire with 20 grams is it real coin ?

I have got a coin : 20 lire 1928 R ( 35 mm, but 20 gram not 15 grams ) !! Is it a real coin

I heard some of these italian coins are very commonly faked so I don't think this one is real if it weighs an entire 5 grams more than it should.
