Hello friends. I would like your help to identify The type of this Cilician Armenia(?) coin. 19mm 1.4g. I think it could be one of these N#193091, N#278442, N#47087, N#343981, N#367372, N#49409, N#278444. Thank you for your attention.

Yes

Is there any way to identify which of these KM# it is?

Looks like your coin is from Constantine II (Also called Constantine IV on Numista database)

And seems your coin is not  in the catalog;

There is no KM# as Krause does not have a catalog that early. You will either need Nercessian or Bedoukian. See:
