Lost an Issuer

How do I tell which issuer was the one I lost? I haven't removed a coin but noticed I lost a bronze coin to my tally and an issuer (99 instead of 100). Not sure if both are related.

Possibly something was moved to exonumia. Check “My exonumia” section.
