Which note is this? [solved]

This is my first message in this  forum that I found my way to recently.
I  saw this note for sale online and sort of like it as 05/15 is my birthdate and  its  marked 0515 twice. However, I'd like to know if the price is reasonable before I go ahead and buy it.
The sellers' description says  it's a Chinese 1 Yuan 1949 which is not accurate.  I actually looked at all Chinese bills depicted here on Numista and  couldn't find a match. Anyone out  there  who can help me? Is it even a bank note?

The catalogue is far from being complete. I just tried an image search and didn't find this note. Perhaps better pictures would help.

You may try Google Translate and use the drawing pad to trace the characters and read what it says. 

I suspect it's a municipal or provincial small denomination note.

From the looks most likely a merchant scrip or some small private bank Heng Sheng Hao. Definitely not 1 yuan though, it's denominated in 3 jiao (3/10 of a yuan). Pictures are way to small to read anything else without straining you eyes 😅.

Have a look at this - Guangrao County, China :-

I believe yours is the middle row 3rd right - 30 cents.
