Shah Alam II Local Rupee? Probable Fake [solved]

Hello!

I just encountered this coin:


It seems like a clipped coin of 1 Rupee during Shah Alam II Reign, but i am unsure which rupee is it.
The weight is 10.34 g with the specific gravity of 10.03 (75% silver? unsure)

I have the feeling that's because of cropping the pictures, I don't think the coin itself is that round.

Looks like a Bombay Presidency coin
