There is something odd here. I do not think yours is plated; your weigh is smaller than in catalog. But color and being magnetic is wrong for the one made with brass. Try talking with the referee for Somalia, maurilp04. Maybe they have heard something. Good luck.
Why make a reproduction of a coin you can buy for less than $2 in UNC condition? I think if it is magnetic then more than one type of the coin was made, one brass (heavier) and one nickel clad/plated steel (lighter). The one one ebay said the weight was 4.2 grams, similar to the OP's.
