Cotton Paper or Hibrid?

I would like to know the accuracy of the information that this note is made of hybrid substrate. All other sites indicate that it is made of cotton paper and the texture of the notes does not make them appear to be hybrid.

If possible, please include the source in the comment. 

I decided to ask before making any type of change.

I do not believe that this is a hybrid note.
