Andorran diner and San marinese scudo - exonumia instead of coins [solved]

The Andorran diner and San marinese scudo were issued as a collector currency, meaning they're not an official currency. Shouldn't they be in exonumia and not in coins?

There have been any debates on topics like this, but later this year the Numista categories are changing. The question should be where those items fit in the new category scheme.

I dislike your statement “not an official currency”. The items are issued by a government so the currency is official.

Sure they've been issued by a government, but they didn't even have an official ISO 4217 code (the ADD wasn't official), nor were they ever used as a method of payment… They were only sold as a collector currency, which is located in the exonumia section under “Fantasy items”. But since the categories are changing soon, maybe they'll be placed under a correct category then.
