It is highly unlikely that the Early Learning Centre will have produced a coin so small (10mm) as this is very easy for children to swallow. This is much more likely to be an input error. Maybe contacting the person who first submitted the page would be the solution.
Also, a quick check of the various similar products available at the moment should be enough to convince anyone that toy companies in the 21st Century don't produce something that small for children, and certainly not for sale in the UK where it may even be illegal (remember, it's a UK 1p plastic replica coin). Besides, I'm not sure anyone produces a modern plastic coin 1cm wide weighing 0.40g - far too dense.
